In May of 2015, Broadway Treatment Center was honored to be the recipient of the Excellence in Supervision award. This award showcases what Broadway Treatment Center ’s philosophy is all about. We are devoted to providing excellence in all that we do.  http://m.breining.edu/ESAAward2015.htm

The Excellence in Supervision award was established by The Breining Institute to recognize award winning substance abuse treatment centers and education programs that have demonstrated ongoing commitment to standards of excellence and encourage other agencies to “raise the bar” for quality of service and competent clinical supervision.

AwardThe Breining Institute presents this coveted award to five commendable recipients twice a year in recognition of exemplary supervisory performance within the addiction recovery industry. Candidates are selected from a large pool of qualifying addiction treatment centers, medication-assisted treatment providers, and other programs from across the country that have been engaged in the addiction counseling and treatment field for a minimum of 3 years. To qualify, candidates must also carry valid certification or licensure as addiction counselors, clinical supervisors, registered nurses, social workers, or be masters degree level family therapists.

Many of our staff members are currently attending one or more of The Breining Institute’s addiction studies programs. These programs and certificates are nationally recognized and have been approved by the State of California’s Department of Education since 1986. They are also approved by “California’s Choice” for professional alcohol and other drug (AOD), and substance use disorder (SUD) counselor certification, and by the California Association for Alcohol/Drug Educators (CAADE). In addition, Breining graduate degree programs are specifically acknowledged as being qualifying criteria for the NAADAC, which is the largest association of addiction professionals in the United States.

Broadway Treatment Center maintains a staff of highly qualified supervisors and counselors who are committed to our high standards and quality of service. This is what sets Broadway apart from the other treatment centers in the industry.

We feel strongly about promoting our staff member’s growth through continuing education and making sure that our programs are above and beyond industry standards. Broadway’s bottom line is about improving the quality of life for our clients and their families for a lifetime, not just the few weeks they are in treatment. Broadway’s corporate culture is driven by a belief in continuous education and continual improvement in all aspects. We are motivated by witnessing the positive transformations that take place in our client’s lives.
